Guidelines
- The required conference dates with number of delegates should be communicated well in advance with the hotel.
- Indicate what room set-up is required. You are welcome to ask for our recommendation to ensure an optimized space.
- Make the necessary bookings as soon as possible.
- Indicate how many tea/coffee breaks you will require as well as the times you would prefer to have them.
- Indicate if the delegates attending the conference will be having lunch and at what time.
