Booking Conditions
TERMS
- A deposit of 50% will hold your reservation; the balance will be due upon check-in
- Alpine Hotel & Resort is a families only property
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
- Maximum occupancy of a room is 2 Adults & 2 kids
- Two children under the age of 12 can be accommodated with Parents in the same room
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is 3:00pm – Check-out is at 12:00pm
- Early check-in/late checkout subject to availability and additional charges
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 72 hours before arrival: full refund
- 48 hours before arrival: 50% will be charged
- Within 24 hours or non-arrival: 100% will be charged
INTERNATIONAL GUESTS
- If you are a foreign national, it is mandatory to disclose your nationality at the time of booking.
- Foreigners must provide an approved tourist visa or an e-visa copy.
FOR FOREIGN DIPLOMATS
As per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Government Agencies, it is mandatory for all Foreign Diplomats to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from the Ministry of Interior, which mentions “Nathia Gali” in places to be visited.
