Alpine Hotel & Vacation Homes Policy

• Alpine Hotel is privately owned and operated and has a strict families-only policy.

• Check in time 3pm & check out time 12pm.

• Early check in or late checkout is taken as a request & is subject to availability and will be chargeable by the hotel.

• Extra mattresses may be provided for an extra charge.

• The Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation immediately if the number of guests exceeds the number agreed upon.

• The management has a zero tolerance policy and may refuse accommodation or remove a guest if they refuse to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the hotel.

• Guests are requested to take care of their belongings.

• The Management takes responsible steps to ensure safety and security of all guests and their possessions, the management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guests belongings or any other property.

• Parking is available on the premises.

• Vehicles and their content must be left entirely at owner’s risk. Management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

• The safety of our guests, staff and this facility is extremely important to us therefore preparation of food in guestrooms is strictly prohibited. Guests are not allowed to bring any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating/cooking purposes.

• The hotel staff is not allowed to serve food brought from outside the premises.

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

• Guards and/or security personnel are not allowed on the premises.

• The Management will not be responsible for the accommodation of any extra help or staff that may accompany the guests.

• Tap water is not suitable for drinking.

• We request you to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.

• Do not feed or touch the monkeys for your safety, as they have been known to attack guests.

• Please respect nature. Do not litter or pick wildflowers or plants.

Alpine Hotel is dedicated to the protection of our resources and would encourage guests to help us by:

• Switching off lights when not in use.

• Ensuring taps are always turned off after use.

• Avoiding unnecessary use of towels.
